Eye Catcher Hair And Beauty Salon — Behavioural issue

Hey . I am a regular customer of your eye catcher salon with panjarapole where in as on 30/5/2021, I have took an appointment and reached the salon, where Deepak told he is busy with other customer which hadn’t taken any appointments. Also told me call back approx 2:30pm .
When I called the salon, the person who attend me that he will call back in while and then told Deepak that I am calling back n back, which made me saddened about such rude behaviour . I had just called as per their schedule. I am sorry but they should have apologised and told me for next day appointment.
