Eye Catcher Hair And Beauty Salon — Misconduction

Hi, this is Abhimanyu Saha, my phone number is ([protected]) am located at kolkata, I used their service in kolkata acropolis mall and for higher bill amount they offered me a coupon of Rs 2000 which I was told to redeem within 30th Nov 2021, I visited different branch of eye catcher(South city branch) to redeem the coupon as the acropolis branch is far from my home, they didn't redeem but told me I can only redeem it from the issuing branch, but on the coupon it is clearly written that the coupon is valid across India, then I visited the issuing branch, and I have done a beard trimming and when I tried to redeem the amount they told me I cant redeem the amount because the coupon is valid only after using their service more than Rs.2000 again it is not written in the coupon and they didn't even mention it in time of issuing it. Lastly, the staffs should know how service sectors works long before working in a service sector, their ill behavior towards customer and receptionist is acting like a boss even after they I pointed out their mistakes.
