To whom it may concern that, I have purchased a laptop (Lenovo g507, costs 35799/-) from ezone kankurgachi, orchid point on 06th july, 2014 with icici bank debit card. Receipt no. 0274998 St: 6586 Ch:267262 Tr:40389 Time: 12:45 p, m Txn id: 91838774 The employees of the respected zone informed me thhat i will get 5% cash back that is rs.1790/- within 7 days..But stiill now i have not gottten that. I WAS ASSURED BY VERBAL COMMUNICATION FROM EZONE, KANKURGACHI THAT THEY HAVE RESOLVED MY PROBLEM & I WILL GET BACK THAT CASH BACK BENEFIT WIITHHIN 60 DAYS.
