I had bought a refrigerator (An appliance or compartment which is artificially kept cool and used to store food and drink.) on the 12th of august 2016 through the portal http://www.ezoneonline.in/. the details of the purchase below: Order number : E[protected] Order date : Fri aug 12 08:53:06 ist 2016 Payment details Paid by credit card Your home delivery items No. Product name sku qty item price total expected delivery 1. Samsung rt33hdrzesl double door refrigerator (321 l, 4 star, real stainless) [protected] 1 ₹30, 011.00 ₹30, 011.00 Between aug 17, 2016 and aug 18, 2016 Please note that the product that has been delivered to me has been remarked as unfit for use by the technical team from samsung that came to further install it. They have asked us not to switch on the refrigerator since there has been a material damage that took place before the refrigerator got delivered (The packaging was opened by trained technical personnel from samsung). So far, for the rs 28, 511 that were taken for me under the pretext of a sale/purchase in return for a working refrigerator (New one with the above details) has resulted in me getting just a bulky unusable paper weight. Since the product fails to deliver any promises that the purchase order claims to, this will be considered as a case of forgery and unfair trade practices. Needless to say that this entire episode has left a distaste and i regret the moment when i decided on going for ezoneonline.in as my prefforred vendor for the purchase. I have made a LG K10 mobile purchase on 07-Aug-2016 and made the transaction through ICICI debit card and there was an option for 5% cash back on ICICI card purchase but have not received the cash back yet.
