Fab Furnish — Wrong Display of Product online | |||
Dear Team This is in regards to a product that I had purchased from Fab Furnish online. Below is the link for the same: http://www.fabfurnish.com/Cozy-Foldable-Lounger-Black-140694.html#dscrp No where on the site it says that without beans it means it is just a plain cover. From the image shown, it is understood that this could have different filling which may not be a bean material, but still it would have some filling and not an empty cover without any filling. When I selected without filling, the image still looks same, so I thought this may have different filling. Now after repeated mails and calls, where I was requesting for someone to call back, and finally they reverted only when I raise it as a complaint. Further to this, I got a standard call just to inform that they cannot refund me the money. If they believe that product is correct, why can't they put it on email. After almost over two weeks, I was told that they cannot refund saying that the website is correct and I will not get any refund Please assist if my understanding is right and help me get my refund.
