Purchased faber cook top installed on 30th september 2020 in the new flat. We Started cook top on 05th october 2020. But to quite surprised the toughened glass broke into pieces within 10 days. It seems the quality of glass is of bad quality...

We had bought Faber cook top and in less than 1 year burners became non functional. The complaint was lodged on August 6th and one person called Shiv Kumar visited us and said that burners have to be replaced and that he will deliver the same in ten days. He also while fixing the rubber of the cook top, spoilt the top by giving visible scratches. Since then it has been a mental harassment where we have to keep following up with the person...

I have purchased faber gas stove on 6 th model number steel 4bb ss jumbo it is the worst making noise in low flame and the burners sre not working...

I have purchased a build in hob with much wait and when I received a defected burner
Complained thrice but everytime the service is been done from their end rather changing it
Please we hv purchased with hard earned money, I don’t want to feel cheated...

For booking a service, the consumer has to call the service customer care number. The person answering the call is not familiar with Tamil and insisting on the use of hindi or English. Being a Tamilian I am thoroughly offended....

Suddenly glass if my chimney blasted and broken into small pieces and luckily my mom has no wounds.

Since I have purchased this hob it is not working proper. The burners are working slow and the vessels are turning black. I hv given complaints many times to Faber but my issues are not solved even after 8 months of purchase. The mechanic came thrice but still I am facing the same issues. I sent a mail for replacement but have not received any response yet...

I ordered fabre chimney from flipkart and it’s not working from the day it’s arrived. Initially followed up with flipkart and then refused to help and asked to reach out to fabre then also called so many people but didn’t send anyone to fix the chimney. Chimney is giving some trouble when it is operated during the past one month...

I bought a Faber hob 4 burner on September 10th. And from day 1 we tried contacting customer service for installation. But no one came for even 1 week. Then we only installed on our own. Now after installing it is getting very low flame and even it is not giving spark for burner. We tried contacting customer support many times but no response....

What kind of installation have been done by the technician. My chimney is dismantled from the kitchen wall automatically. It's been 2 months from the date of installation....

I purchased faber water purifier in oct 2019. Attached invoice. After that in july 2020, i replaced new water purifier with service charge of rs.1560.
Kept on calling customer care with reply of no personnal available.
We were complete stunned by seeing cocroach in the enclosure of water container, which i believe is completely ridiculous.

Despite repeated calls, our complaint still sits with faber india (Complaint originally raised on 22 july 2020).
