Fabfurnish — Defective product delivered | |||||
I ordered items on 19th sept ( order no.[protected] The bar got delivered yesterday - 27th Oct. A person from fabfurnish came to install the bar. The bar was found to be defective at various points and cannot be fixed by the installing person ( by his own admission). I have raised a complaint with your customer care rep - Tapisha Adhikary ref no. 9001388 on 27th Oct. 1- One door of the bar doesnt stay closed and is a bent piece ( protruding from the top and bending inwards at the bottom) 2- The bar is also damaged from the inside ( where the magnet strip is attached). It appears that the whole piece had come out and has been fixed with some kind of glue) 3- the second door rubs against the top of the bar and shutting it requires considerable push and one can feel the door and top part of the bar grinding against each other and hence causing the wood to get scratches at the bottom. It appears that Fab furnish has ZERO QUALITY CONTROL before the item is dispatched!! I need a refund for the defective product. Still awaiting the promised call from fabfurnish team as promised by Tapisha Adhikary. I was supposed to get a call yesterday - 27th Oct to take this further. I called today and spoke to Deepika Sharma who has made another promise saying that I will get a call from the returns team today - 28th Oct. Highly disappointed after having spent over 18, 000 and paying full money in advance. Kindly refund my money. Was this information helpful? | |||||
