Fabfurnish — Not resolve the complaint and closed the ticket | |||||
I have purchased a symphony air cooler on 1st sep 2016 online from fabfurnish. But after delivery of that product I found out that some of its parts are missing and broken, so I filed a complaint to their customer care on 12th sep 2016 to which they sent me a complaint no 4673103 and told me to resolve the query at earliest. However they have closed the ticket without resolving the query saying they have not received job sheet, but in actual case I have given that job sheet to the technician who came to look onto the cooler. On 29th march 2017 when I called them back then they told me that they have reopened the case 4673103 and will resolve the issue but still I have not received any email stating that they are working on the same query.
