Dear sir / madam,

With due regards it is to inform you that my self hemant pashine from raipur has booked holiday trip for 4 persons for 3n/4d on their listed resorts and subsequent discussions held with themselves, i wish to inform you that at present instance i am in urgent need of funds for treatment of my near & dear ones. Therefore, i am willing to get back my funds as soon as possible so that i can make the payment elsewhere.
At the time of booking, it was informed to me that i can cancel the booking at any time if i face any kind of problems in making the payment. Also it was informed to me that the payment will be on emi basis, but after the payment has been transferred to their account, none of their executives called me, neither they are giving any response for cancellation of booking and refund of money.In their mail, they have’nt provided me any document regarding non cancellation of booking and refund of money. But as per their company’s refund and cancellation policy, it is clearly mentioned that refund will be processed through the same online mode within the next 10 working days. I’ve been following up with them since the next day when i’ve made the payment i. E. On 06th may 2016. Every time i mailed them, their reply came back as “we have taken your concern and forwarded to accounts deptt. We will get back to you shortly”. But none of their executives called me back. I am very fed up with making follow up regarding cancellation of trip and refund of money.
Secondly at the time of booking it was informed to me that i will get a sure gift of samsung wb200f 14.2 mp digital camera. But till date, i didn’t received the gift. I think they have given me fake promise of providing me these referral gift.
All these facts have led to the conclusion that their company is fake and fraud and these people do this kind of activities and lure other people’s hard earned money. This has given me the expression that this company is fraud and cheater. Therefore i am lodging this complaint in your website for settlement of dispute. I've pleaded them many times to please return my hard earned money and resolve the issue or else i will have to file a case against the company in national consumer forum. But none of their executives called me to settle the dispute.
Also at the time of booking it was informed to me that the payment will be automatically converted to emi basis and they will refund my balance amount after verification at their end. But till date my money has not been refunded which i needed desperately as i have to make the payment elsewhere. Also once again i want to inform that they have'nt provided me my free gifts which they had offered at the time of booking the trip.

Pls help me overcome this situation by advising them to refund my money. I am in urgent need of funds. Pls help me. Hoping to receive a favourable response from your side.

Pls update the status of the Complaint. Its been more than a month and I have'nt received any response neither from your side nor from Fairstay Co. I am very much hopeful with this platform for consumers to post complaints against the fraud that happened with the consumers.
