I had booked a travel to Kerala and paid Rs. 15000 in advance for my train ticket and hotel booking in march 16 only and my schedule was 20th of may when I had connected with them in first week of may they said you will get ticket soon but they didn't provided me till last date of going they said our ticket vendor is fail to provide the ticket so now you go on june month, I had told them that I had already taken a leave from office for 20 days and my kids school is going to be open in june, so how can I go on june, then they said they will refund my money in starting I was in connect with Mr. Pratik he said that if company fail to give, I will be giving from my pocket but after 15 days also he was fail to refund my money and after that he never came on phone, then I had connected with Tarun, Giya and in last Dipika and they commited to pay till 15th june but now no one is responding my calls as well as my emails.
