Sir,
I am Mr Arijit Bose booked a Kashmir tour package from the above said travel agency for the time duration 27 Apr 16 to 01 May 16.I paid ₹5, 000/- as 50% of the advance payment for the package.
At the last time they cancelled the package without informing me.I called them why they did so? they told me that is their internal matters.Them I asked for refund they assured me that they will give.But till date I didn't get my refund back in my account, now they are not picking up calls also. Their website is also blocked.I don't know what step should I take now?
