I had placed several orders thorough this website, they did not deliver them and sent me mails saying that i hadn't received them at the time of their delivery . further they changed the price of one of the orders from the time i had placed it . those orders were an urgent requirement for me and i was relying on the company to deliver those to me, which they did not, further when they did they changed the price n sent it . their customer care failed to support me, further mails to them asked me to reorder the products which were available to me at a higher price .i have attaches the mails they sent e, the mails i sent them, the price changed orders.
it resulted in me not able to gift the products to a few of my friends on their birthday resulting in embarrassment . it also resulted in me having to deal with the consumer support of the company for long time over the phone . it resulted me having been asked to pay higher prices, which i declined to pay . it also resulted in me not able to achieve a sense of satisfaction having ordered what i wished to wear at a particular event .
i would like to have the products which i ordered, i would further like them to compensate for my long calls to them . i would like them to reorder the products which werent deliverd to me to which i would pay .i would like them to compensate me for causing this sort of inconvinience .
