[Resolved]  Fashionara.com — Return of Product

I have ordered a Wrangler Bold Stripes Knit Pullover from Fashionara.com order no [protected]. Because of poor quality of this product, i have registered a complaint for return of this product. Return request number is [protected]-1 . The customer care executive said that " return pickup will be made in 24hours to 48 hours. But even after one weak, no pick up has been made of my product. Whenever i tried to make calls on fashionara toll free no.[protected], it always shows hold the line, customer care executives are busy. i tried different days on different times but always have same response that customer care executives are busy. Finally i made from my friend no. and my call connected in 2-3 mins to customer care executive. I told her that still my return pick up haven't made. she told me that My ticket has already closed. I want to know without my pickup, how can u people closed my ticket. She again register my complaint but i still waiting for my return pick. I mailed fashionara many times but never had any reply from their side.
