[Resolved]  Fashionara.com — Faulty product sent

Respected sir/ma'am, I ordered a Product from Fashionara.com named "Blush non wired plunge Bra" which comes under the category of "Padded" after filtration. The product I got is totally opposite of what I wanted.. The product isn't Padded and didn't come across my demand. I am totally annoyed with this kind of scam because clearly I've been cheated. Its not that I have placed a wrong order or something neither I have any complaints regarding the stuff, the only problem is that they have done nothing but cheated me. I have spent Rs.364 and I am not going to waste this amount for the mistakes made by the one who has made their website. Also I have no doubt regarding the complaint I have placed because its about 100 times I have cross-checked . I urgently need "JUSTICE" because this isn't a case where I have been charged due to my foolishness, but because of the website. I am aware of their terms and conditions of not taking back inner-wears, still I want them to do this in my case because its totally Fashionara's mistake and I am not responsible to pay for it neither gonna watch out any terms and conditions. I am even ready to pay more to get the right product. I also filed a complaint through a call and wasn't satisfied with the agents reaction to this as he blamed me for the same and wasn't even ready to file my complaint but somehow I got it done and also I have written to "[protected]@fashionara.com" but didn't get any response. I request you to take a strict action against this because the amount I have paid isn't less for me as per my pocket money. The complaint no. Along with the product details are mentioned under. I had ordered 2 Shirts from www.fashionara.com as prepaid order on[protected]. It was delivered on[protected]. I was shocked to see that one of the shirts was old, wrinkled, used & not packed (just folded & kept inside plastic cover) properly. Immediately I sent SMS for Return. On[protected], I sent Email asking for Return clearly mentioning the reason. They just gave a missed call & disconnected. When i called back no one picked up. Every day I am sending Emails to all the available Fashionara Email addresses for Return & Refund, but no response.
