[Resolved] Fastag — Constantly getting charged from Uttar pradesh | |||
Hello, I would like to bring to notice that my fastag account is being charged from Uttar Pradesh. I am in Bangalore and I have never been to UP. My car is here during this pandemic and hardly take it out over the weekends within Bangalore city. In November I have been charged multiple times and raising a customer complaint didn't help me.. Finally I had requested for deactivation which is in progress since a week and today again my fastag account got deducted. Now it's -ve balance. Kindly help. Was this information helpful? | |||
