Fastag — paytm fastag - not working after 3 transactions | |||
I purchased a fastag from paytm and it worked for 3 times and later on it is not working and not showing any errors as well. But in toll they’re not allowing to pass without paying amount even though i have sufficient balance around 500rs + minimum 150rs. When i call’d paytm customer care they’re asking to pay 100rs and get a new fastag. Why should i pay 100rs extra without any mistake from my end. Today at 3:58 p.m on Rohad toll plaza the fastag employe named Sikander charge 200 Rs cash only for activation the fastag ...he did not give any reciept to me ... After my strong resist he put his signature on a page / paper arrange by me plz taken appropriate action against him ...

For my Vehicle TN74AW3046 i have made a recharge of Rs 2000/- on 16/12/2019 from my ICICI bank account, The Fastag card I am using is issued by SBI, This recharge is not credited till this moment, despite my repeated complaints to Sbi helpline Fastag assistance etc, Nothing happened, Cheating the public is not right, pl do set it right.
