Fastrack — incorrect status of my product delivery | |||
This is in reference to my order No- 467038. I would like to raise a complaint because I have not received the product yet. The Bluedart website might show that it has been delivered on my name but the fact is I have not received it because I was not at home. Nobody was at the address when this update was loaded. I checked with our security guard but they also confirmed that no parcel has been handed over. How can Bluedart cheat customers by putting their initials when the delivery has actually not happened. I want a detailed investigation on this and would expect my product to be delivered to me by calling me for the same. Anticipating a positive response purely because of the brand you hold!!!
