Fastrack — Watch repair/replacement | |||
I purchased a watch at your showroom in Kakinada, A.P on 14/4/2015 by its invoice no/DOC no[protected], variant no NE3089SL03 and description is DB852. And I paid Rs. 2795/- for this purchase. On 2/12/2015 I noticed that the watch is not working. I went to the showroom there they referred to TITAN service center adjacent to their showroom. There the service center people said that the battery of the watch was expired and some parts of the watch should be replaced and this will take nearly one month for repair and did not say about the charges. I asked them I would not surrender the watch for repair/servicing and demand for a letter which they told me in verbal. They refused to give as wished by me. And I contact your toll free no where they registered my complaint and no. is1016264 dt 2/12/2015 and told me your company executive will contact. On today your company executive Mr.Raj Kumar from Visakhapatnam called me from no. [protected] by 16.23P.M and enquired about my complaint and he also refused to give the letter. Now what is the option to me? Whether to service the watch as per your company norms or replace the watch which is in warranty period? Shall I get any response from You? I made a complaint regarding fastrack watch on 7/12/15 and the titan company customer care replied on 8/12/15 that the compliant will solve shortly. But till date no result came. How many days it will take further to solve the matter? Anu reply can we expect from you?

I also bought a fastrack watch of 2100/- but after just 10 to 12 days the watch stopped. I complained in the store they said something..carbon is there and said that we will send this for repairment so come after 1 month. But after 1 month they are saying company has not sent the watch another 1 mont around can take. What i will do??
