[Resolved] Fastway — poor service | |||
90% of the fastway channels are not working on one of my STB. But working on another STB. I have registered one conplaint 392145 on customer care portal. but till date problem is not rectified and no one bother to visit for check up. Every time I call customer care, they ensure me to solve the problem within 4-6 hrs. More than 7 days are passed but till date 4-6 hrs of cable operator have not come. very poor service of fastway cable.
