I ordered a pair of shoes on 9th November 2020 and it's been 20 days there is no sign of shoes or any kind o[censored]pdate. I tried sending messages but there was no reply. This is not good as I trusted the brand for the first time and ordered the shoes from official website. I tried to search the order but no record of it. Being this big of a brand and this kind of service not at all good.
