I ordered a pair of shoes from slipgrips.com the product brand is FILA, the same day of receiving them I wore them and the bottom of them separated. Has become a trip hazard at work and I am no longer able to wear them....

I got Fila shoes for 4500 offline in Siliguri City centre mall a month ago, I have size issue normally I wear 5 but it's size 5 is little bit small.Due to COVID restrictions now I m at my home Gaya, Bihar...I want to exchange that Fila shoes...

I bought 1 shoe worth 1500rs (MRP3000) on 29th dec21 from trends shoba city mall. Within 1 day shoe got damaged, the sole found removed and can't use the shoe now....

I'm complaining late but, I bought fila shoes from myntra and it was the worst pair ever it's sole started to wear off and top was getting out the shoe within two weeks of buying the shoe....

Before 4 months i bought fila shoes from Fila shoroom chennai. But within two months, material was breaking. So, i went showrooms and they said they can't help me....

Bought tennis shoes in the Month of November 20 & the same got damaged due to faulty design. Requested for the replacement but they have only one design.Requested for refund. Denied by store incharge. Also requested for repair of the same but extremely poor response from store incharge for the same. Also he is not ready to give contact details of his superior. Should never but FILA....

I ordered a pair of shoes on 9th November 2020 and it's been 20 days there is no sign of shoes or any kind o[censored]pdate. I tried sending messages but there was no reply. This is not good as I trusted the brand for the first time and ordered the shoes from official website. I tried to search the order but no record of it. Being this big of a brand and this kind of service not at all good....

I have recently ordered the fila shoe in which the price is 671 and my ordered size was 3 which we dealed in facebook messenger he send me very impressive shoe pics he also lied me that u will get the same shoe i have seen in the pics for the 671 then i ordered and shockingly when the product arrived the shoe was a duplicate 8 number omg he made me such a fool and when im asking for a refund he isnt replying and he also gave me his whats...

I ordered a fila product through flipkart.
It had 90 days warranty.
The product got manufacturing defects with 60 days of purchase.
Still neither flipkart nor fila is helping me.
The contact details shared by the company are not responding.
The material of the product has started wearing off within the warranty period which is of 90 days from the date of purchase....

I have purchased two pairs of fila motor sports shoes which costed me rs - 3899/- each from sarath city capital mall (Hyderabad) 07 months back (I. E.., on 19/02/2019). Now the sole got copletely torn away. I tried to contact the fila store and they are not even suggesting me the solution for the incident happened. I did not even use those shoes roughly/for a long duration.

In october 2017 i've purchased fila shoes from navrang shoes, panvel at rs. 2300/-. After only one and half month o[censored]sing it it's bottom soul got partially removed. I contacted the shop and they pasted it and given back to me. Again after one and half month o[censored]sing it same has happened and the shopkeeper again pasted the soul. I want refund or replacement of the shoes. Kindly help and guide for the same...

I bought shoes on 07-AUGUST-2016 from FLIPKART(ONLINE SHOPPING) but after one month of period my shoes burst from the base. I contact with FLIPKART CUSTOMER CARE, they are saying that we provide only one month replacement guaranty so we can't help and suggest me to contact with FILA. Hi, I had purchased a pair of File sports shoe just 6-7 months back worth Rs 2200/- from Fila brand shop near Brigade Road, Bangalore.The sole just came out eventually from one of the pair. There is also some torn up parts within the shoe.The funniest part is that I never over used if for any kind of rough activity. I am greatly disappointed with the Brand make. I purchased Fila shoes worth rs 3099 from Fila Showroom Rohini Sec-8 New Delhi,India in January 2013 and within a month they started tearing off. First the left one started tearing from one side and then right one has also started teaing.Also the soul of the pair has also started coming off....First time i bought Fila and really a bad experience...Replace the product as soon as possible....Dissapointed with Fila's quality...

I recently bought a Jacket from a Fila showroom in Borivali West (Mumbai) paying 1099 INR.

But it got torn within a week just like it was some cheap roadside material.

When I approached the showroom regarding this,he told me I was not using the jacket in the correct way and even tore the jacket further saying it was just the thread that was coming loose.

Is this what we are paying...

I have purchased one of he product of Fila with art no 81SU194460 from Metro Shoes Aurangabad outlet hardly before 15 days however the product is not at all up to the mark. It has come to notice within 2 days time but i ignored & thought it is minor but within 10 days time it has got all hey way and looks like street shopping.
I am completely unhappy with the product quality. i want replacement for the same. Pls look into this...

I bought fila sandle last month which cost around 1700 from planet sports in sector 17 chandigarh. I have not wear it more than 15 days from the day I bought n it broke down.
