Hi Team, I have ordered an item from intiatimes shopping on 16th March 2015, India times shopping people are saying that on 17th they submitted this item to your courier. But still i have not received my item. I am trying to contact to Indiatimes customer care people but i did not get any response from them MY ORDER AWD NUMSBER IS : D991Q2306320 Regards Vinod

I have not get any information and feedback from First Flight couriers, still my item not yet delivered.

Can i submit my complaint directly at consumer court at Bangalore, karnataka. kindly suggest me. so that i can proceed further
