I have applied pan card and also received call from first flight courier private ltd. Vide airway that we have received you pan and demand for unauthorized money for delivery. And warn to us that we wil return your product.

However status showing that still they have same product without deliver to us and return to department.

Could you please track where is the gap. Or we have to escalate it.

My shipment with tracking no. B904z1533525 shipped from mumbai hub to parbhani still not received also after the end of validity of expected delivery date and after repeated conversations with the office manager of parbhani he is not giving proper response for the above issue instead giving unreliable reasons for it so i"ll look forward for quick response from ur side...

I did a PAN Card correction request by filling form with acknowledgment No.N-[protected] dt.4th Feb., 2019.
PAN Card is reported to be dispatched as per notification available in site which states, - PAN is allotted and PAN card is dispatched vide Airway Bill No.M991Q6723211 on 21/02/2019 as per communication received in the PAN Application site....

We have applied PAN card from NSDL before 1.5 month.

first flight consignment tracting number: B904Z0603143 says that consignment delivered on 16.02.19

But not yet delivered, I have visited tirupur ram nagar 3rd street office, no body response .

simply they are saying go and make complaint.

This is after I had follow ups with First Flight Courier service I utter my problem I am facing now. I am yet to recieve one shipment from the above mentioned courier service.
One important bank documents is despatched from Guwahati to Dhemaji. As per shipment date it started from Guwahati on 31st of January, 2019and today is 15th of March, 2019. My Documents is not delivered my address.

Team, i have not received consignment no-m991z5829402 which was dispatched from pune on 28th feb-2019 to jaipur. Have tried to contact on the customer care numbers of jaipur[protected] & 3134132 & mumbai[protected] but no body is picking up the phones. Can you share the email id of their md so that i can reach him and brief him about this pathetic service.

My courier arrived at chandigarh HUM on march 2nd 2019, which was booked on feb 26th 2019 at pune, which they tried to deliver on march 13th 2019, but sadly they were unabke to deliver due to house locked, and i got sms for that with some phone number mentioned, but GOD knows why they are not working. I tried there corporate office number, but no body answered, when i tried to call on there chandigarh reagional office landline number it was...

On 6th march, our customer couriered to us important sample in gurgoan. Today is 14th march. They are not delivered yet. I get to know due to some strike etc, samples are stucked in their office. 25th march is last date for tender submission so, need sample for copying. I m highly tensed. Because if it will not reach on time. My tender will be ruined out. Its really pathetic. Kindly help if possible. Please do the needful....

First flight currier boy hand over all currier to third party who are demanding 10-50 rs per pan card if any one not giving charges he cannot give pan card /currier b904z1536690 pan card status showing delivered but pan card not get yet to customer this type more customer pan card pending from 2-3 month so please keep firsf light goodwill in ur hand...

I haven't received the dispatched pan card through this courier service since three weeks.. I am very much annoyed and need to have my pan card at the earliest. Do the needful. I can't approach any regional office too.. No consumer freindly help options available so please do the needful and resolve my problem within hours i don't have time to delay it anymore...

I booked a courier from first flight courier ltd, branch from chennai (Tamil nadu) to noida on 16.02.2019, & the consignment no. - [c[protected]].
This consignment is not delivered till now 13.03.2019 & nobody is giving any status about this.
