I sent my bike through parcel by rail and it's related document by first flight courier consignment Number U991P0040513 on 4/12/17 from Patna to Jamshedpur. At the time of courier booking first' flight representative told that it will reach to Jamshedpur on next day but it reached to Jamshedpur after so many times verbal and written follow up with his sr. level manager on 08/12/17. Due to delay of first flight courier service railway charged me RS. 750 as demurrage. I am filling complaint to compensate railway demurrage charges by first flight courier service Was this information helpful? | |
