First Flight Couriers — Non delivery of parcel | |||||
I had sent a rakhee parcel on 10/08/2016 but till 18/08/2016 it has not been delivered. Even after 9days delivery is not done though they charge thrice the rate of indian post. No tracking is shown on the site. Neither the customer care phone is picking up including the main mumbai number. No reply of email. Spoiled our rakhee celebration thus seek punitive action against such unprofessional courier. Was this information helpful? | |||||
