First Flight Couriers — The courier office person being very rude | |||
I posted a courier from pune to eluru, andhra pradesh on 11/7/2016 with some important documents. Tracking number : m991b3902417. While posting, first flight people said that it will take 3 days for it to reach the destination. I waited for 5 days it still didn't reach. I finally called customer care and they said it is in transit. 10 days passed and it still didn't reach the destination and so i contacted local courier office. They said it is stuck in vijayawada and please call them for further status. I called them on 20th, they gave a contact number in eluru telling that the courier will be with him. I called on that number and he said he is the only single point of contact for all couriers in eluru and that he didnt receive any such courier. So i called back the vijayawada courier on 21st to find out where the courier is exactly and the guy on phone no: +91 [protected] started barking at me. That why am i bothering him, i should contact the eluru person. I tried telling him that you should start respecting the customer first. And he again started shouting. After paying the amount for posting, i get to bare this unprofessional behaviour. First flight please wake up and know that customer is the life for your business and you are losing potential customers due to such incidents. I regret using first courier. And people reading this i guess indian post provides best service compared to all other couriers. Go for it even if their timings are not feasible. Was this information helpful? | |||
