[Resolved]  Flipkart — Big billion day product cancellation by flipkart delivery chain

Hi Have palced an order for Lenovo K3 Note on big billion day. Order ID : OD[protected]

I have availed two types of discount in this order:
1) Direct Discount (big billion day off and Citi bank credit card off), 1525 INR
2) Exchanging old mobile phone Canvas A110Q for 2000 INR

This Makes a total discount of 3525 INR. So final amount I have paid is 6524 INR[protected]

At the time of delivery, the ekart logistic Delivery person named Vishal denied to take the exchange because of his own misunderstanding than the product is not same as per name stated in his sheet. He says that product mentioned in the sheet is Canvas 2+ and your product is Canvas 2 which is different, though in reality product is actually the same canvas 2+ (A110Q) with same IMEI number as mentioned in order.
He misunderstood because the flip-cover on the mobile phone was of Canvas2, which I have tried to explain but he denied to deliver the product and exchange the old one.

At the same day I raised the complaint regarding the same and Flipkart CC assured me that your order will not cancel and we will provide u the resolution by 30th October. IN[protected]. However though I have raised the issue the order get cancelled by evening and refund has been initiated.

After 2 days of talk with customer care, the guy finally understood that the issue is because of Flipkart only and said me to reorder the product again with full payment and as a resolution they agreed to provide the same discount as refund of INR 1525 and will also apply the 2000 INR off for exchange and asked me to call CC post ordering the product. CC executive name was "Atul".

As agreed, I placed the order again with full amout payment of INR 9999 and called the CC again to raise the incident ticket for discount and exchange offer.
They have taken the Request. Request number for the same is : IN[protected]

However today the CC executive named "Noor" called me and said we have refunded the 1525 rs amount in ur wallet and cnt process the exchange request because right now there is no exchange offer running and talked so rudely that what ever you have to do do it we will not provide you exchange offer.

Even I have tried to explain her repeatedly that last order was cancelled due to flipkart delivery channel issue and not from my side, even after raising the issue order was cancelled last time and anyways I already had an hour long discussion with flipkart customer care regarding the same thing and they were agreed that I will get both discount and exchange on my new order as issue was created by Flipkart.

Please look into this and provide me both the offers else it will be a fake big billion day.

Customer states he exchanged the product (Canvas 2) at the time of order. FE misunderstood and ask the customer to handover (canvas 2+) product so that he can deliver the fresh order and we cancelled the product. Later, he raised an issue regarding the same, we ask the customer to place fresh order will provide the same offer. Customer agreed (OD[protected] we have provided discount amount to his wallet, but did not add exchange offer. Customer irate and raised a complaint in consumer complaints. Kindly get back to us with how the offer applicable for the above mentioned product.

I didn't understood the last line which I pasted above!!

However, I am quite irritated now calling customer care numerous times. Same time I have to start explaining from scratch, Before placing the fresh order Customer Care Executive give me confirmation after an hour long discussion that, both discount and exchange will be provided. I have asked that guy to please update this commitment in the Service Request so that I do not have to explain and convince it next time when I call.

But as I mentioned Post placing the fresh order Flipkart denied me to provide the exchange though they except their mistake.

I will like to re state that in the initial order exchange product was the same model Micromax Canvas A110Q, There is no difference in the model, IMEI, working condition, etc. Its just the misunderstanding of the Logistic Department delivery boy. And As I have proactively raised this issue with flipkart immediately and mentioned that as issue is from flipkart I don't want cancellation, still order get cancelled vary next day without my consent. Hence, I must be provided the same offer in any case.

Please explain where I am wrong in this whole case? Else provide me the same offer.

I am a regular customer of Flipkart and never faced any issue before. But, by this act Flipkart might create a negative image from my perspective.

Please feel free to call me in case you have valid justification or resolution for the same and not for saying that "exchange offer is not there me cant provide you now, though i understand issue is because o[censored]s".

Why Flipkart not replying??
I have again raised two complaints with flipkart for this for with they have told me that the resolution will be provided by 4th Nov and 5th Nov respectively.

Today is 07th Nov and there is no response from flipkart.

Please flipkart don't be fraud. Respond else the company already in bad books of people and this attitude will not let you up in future.

Please be responsible and respond.
