Flipkart — No customer care service

Dear sir the amount is credited to Flipkart from my account
And I have no clue about the amount debited from my account to Flipkart
I tried calling the customer care number there is a recorded message and nobody attends
To get to flip kart is very difficult
I don't know how to get my amount back
I request Flipkart to please not harass customers
Please revert my amount back to my Account

And is credited to Flipkart
I have place order for Samsung J7 please it's urgent request

Rs 13904.00 has been Debited
Account XX1097 from IB On[protected].
And is credited to Flipkart
I had place order for Samsung J7 I did not recieve any confirmation
Since the 27/09/2016 I have sending emails to requesting Mr Krishna Salunke who is the only source to get to Flipkart
There is no customer care number response as there is a prerecorded message saying all the agents are busy and we should email to Flipkart . Here there is Only one person in charge called Mr Krishna Salunke who cannot be contacted by phone only email.
When we email there is an immediate reply which states as follows.
messages being sent
1) We have escalated your issue to the concerned team. We will resolve your problem by 27 Sep, 12:00 PM. You will get a call from a number starting with +9180679
2) We have escalated your issue to the concerned team. We will resolve your problem by 28 Sep, 10:30 PM. You will get a call from a number starting with +9180679
3) We have escalated your issue to the concerned team. We will resolve your problem by 28 Sep, 5:30 AM. You will get a call from a number starting with +9180679
4) We are so sorry for taking longer than expected to resolve your issue. We request you to provide us time till 29 Sep, 5:30 AM to get back to you.

Please look into the matter seriously
Please revert the amount it's being delayed for no reason .
Is the cheating customers who have faith in Flipkart
Every single day matters
I hav no clue about the order I placed or the amount credited to Flipkart .
No other way to gat to Flipkart
I'm being harassed
