Hello, I ordered MOTOG mobile from flipkart on April 20 and its delivered to us on April 24.But within 40 min after the delivery, we found that the sealed box is not having HANDSET. The phone itself is not there while the ear phones and charger is there. I have raised a request immediately. What happened: 20 april -- ordered 24 apr : thursday : 12 pm -- recieved courier 12.45 pm -- called courier person who said, they cant help and request has to be raised to FLIPKART 1 pm -- called flipkart 2.40 pm -- chat with flipkart and rised a complaint |[protected]. 5 pm -- called in the evng 11.15pm -- raised a return request through product missing section[protected]mail recieved) 28 th April (monday) After 6 call follow ups and waiting, flipkart came up with the status that their investigation is showing that the handset is present in the box and they cant help any further on this. I am feeling like cheated that too by a very wel known service FLIPKART.Even my friends have mailed flipkart asking for right action as they too started worrying about future purchases . Please help me.. Its a matter of 14k... I am working day and night shifts to earn this money. and I dont want to let loose a single rupee regards Jayaram Alla.

_____[1] Got confirmation from FLIPKART that they cannot entertain on this issue further.
_____[2] MOTOROLA replied my mail saying that I need to check this through FLIPKART only :(
_____[3] Legal procedures is demanding more time and money. Its been already 8*6 hour I wasted on this.

This is completely not expected com flip kart service.. If they want to bring their trust back from the customers, the should respond accordingly and provide the handset immediately.
need immediate justice for above querry or else i, my family, frnds and every one who are trusting me are going to stop purchasing products from flipkart...
This is really sick. Flipkart should provide the proper justification for this. Money should be refunded.

Now after this incident, I will not be buying anything from flipkart, and also will not allow my knowns to buy from flipkart untill and unless this issue get resolved.

above is a publicly shared mail chain which I am running in order to create awareness to my frnds, relatives .. each and evryone...to be CAREFUL BEFORE PURCHASING FROM FLIPKART.

till now this issue is been shared by 12 of my friends - which mean 12* 300(approx) users are known and informed of this situation.

I called up FLIPKART customer care and informed the executive about this situation. I told him that this sort o[censored]nethical behaviour is not expected from FLIPKART and that too towards a corporate customer. In reply he provided me an email [protected]@flipkart.com stating that this email can be used for escalation to higher management. If you haven't already sent a mail to this email id stating your issue, kindly do so mentioning the Order Number and explain in details the situation. I hope your issue gets resolved very soon.
Sick of hearing such silly reasons from flipkart...so uncaring and Distrusting
Flipkart Management I am in support of Jayaram on this issue. If you really want to promote online shopping, it has to be your responsibly to make sure the product reach the customer and any pilferage should be flipkart's responsibility .
Right now Flikart is enjoying sweet time due to popularity but remember that such incidents will dent your image and the repetitive such incidents will keep people away from your site.
