Football Monk — Niether recived my order nor money

Hello,
I placed an order for two football jerseys on 24th May and its status is still showing processing. Infact even after raising complain they never addressed my issue. Their site doesn't generate any service request Id that you can quote and ask for further update. I have also emailed them regarding returning my money.
I want our money back at the earliest. I also want you to take some action against that ecommerce site so that they don't cheat customers . You can check that there are so many complaints registered against them and still they are able to run their business. There must be some provision to stop these companies and they must face some actions. This is so unfair that this kind of business is still running and they are cheating customers. Issues which we face;
1. Not delivering order, neither refunding
2. Not updating customer about the current status..
3. Customer care number never works.
