I had ordered a jersey (Portugal Away Customizable Jersey) on 14th December 2022 from "Football Monk". The order was prepaid. I had to pay the whole amount-₹1075 (Since, there wasn't any other option). Then, i got a mail from shiprocket stated "Your order is confirmed and the delivery partner is Delhivery".
After 7-8 days, i tracked my order but unfortunately it was processing. It hadn't even shipped. I immediately mailed them but they didn't reply. After a couple of mails, they finally replied. They said that they would do the needful.
Now it has been more than 22 days, my order is still processing and it hasn't shipped yet.
I also called them many times, they didn't receive a single time. Was this information helpful? |
