I had ordered a jersey (Portugal Away Customizable Jersey) on 18th march 2023 from "Football Monk". The order was prepaid. I had to pay the whole amount-₹1075 (Since, there wasn't any other option). Then, i got a mail from them stated "Your order is confirmed".
After 4 days, i tracked my order but unfortunately it was processing. It hadn't even shipped. I immediately mailed them but they didn't reply.
Now it has to be delivered on 24th but it is still processing..
Kindly help...
