I ordered from this website on 22nd May, 2022. Through Shiprocket I got to know that my order was not picked up due to delayed response from the dealer. Then when I contacted them through e-mail they told me to wait for a couple of days. After 15 days, they told me to wait for 3 days for the updates regarding dispatch of the product and if no update is provided then share your UPI id and we will initiate refund. And now it has almost been 1 month since I shared my UPI id with them but they have not refunded my money.
