Foresight Opticals — forced to buy 2 sets of lenses

I wanted to buy bausch+lomb lacelle premium coloured contact lenses. I went to their store in vashi and told the lady at the counter (Shaikh shagun) my power (I have different power in each eye) and the colour of the lenses i wanted. She told me i would have to buy 2 separate boxes (And so 4 lenses in total) as each box contained a pair of lenses. I paid for 2 boxes and hence 4 lenses. When i went to pick up my lenses they were individually packaged and so each box had exactly one lens. Which means i could have easily just bought 2 lenses rather than being forced to purchase 4! When i complained about this i was made to speak to a mr amarjeet singh who said that it was a recent change in the packaging. I had paid for the lenses on 10 feb and they were delivered at the store on 17 feb. So i asked him when the change over happened. He kept saying "recently" but refused to give an answer. Which makes me believe that even before i placed my order this change over had happened and foresight opticals forced me to buy 2 extra lenses which i neither needed nor wanted.
