27/01/2015, I have bought lens from foresight vashi shop.
I Given them the brand new frame. When they give me back at 28th/01/2015, the frame got scratched.
I asked the stuff checking my frame three times to make sure there is no scratch when i handover my frame to him.
They are saying the frame acceptance slip which they asked me sign has small terms & conditions at end,
which saying they will not responsible for any damage.
AND this information they did not tell me when i gave my frame to them. Was this information helpful? |
