Fortis Healthcare — Non submission of KFT report online despite several requests | |
Patient Name: Krishna Sehgal, Female. Patient ID: 7087934 registered with Fortis Hospital Shalimar Bagh. Registered mobile number: [protected]. Date of Test: 17.07.2021. CGHS beneficiary. Concerned lab of Fortis was contacted several times to send KFT report urgently and they promised me for its immediate submission. I waited for 2 hours but still not received the report though they promised that they are sending it in 5 minutes. KFT report is very urgently required for further course of treatment. So now I am complaining to you to take requisite action so that the KFT report may be available to us to our mobile number or by email immediately.
