Fortune Hyundai — I am very disappointed with fortune hyundai meerut

Hi team,

I have bought the hyundai i10 in november 2017,
I am very much disappointed with the fortune hyundai services,
1- i bought the company fitted cng car and the issue is this that it is not even registered on rc and not in insurance and as a customer i have no prove for cng,
I contacted to the fortune hyundai so many times but they did not even entertain me properly,
Please let me know if we there is some misshaping who will be responsible for that,
I am even very much disappointed as i want to buy creta car now but even i have no trust on hyundai,

Please let me know the further process and the compensation against it,
