[Resolved] Free Charge — Payment not credited to bses account

What kind of these response i made a payment of bses or order no FCEW[protected] on sep 10 72 hours has passed but money still not realiased in their account i called call centre of bses with the refrence number
you provide but they told they don't know these refrence number what you want to do know where is my money what kind of game you guess are playing with me do these money means nothing to you please refund my account otherwise i will take the certain action against it

As per our records the transaction was successful and the service provider has confirmed the same with the reference ID FRC[protected]. In case the payment is not updated in service provider portal, the payment will be updated in your next bill.

Alternatively, you can also contact the service provider to confirm the same by providing the reference ID FRC[protected].
