Bill payment of electricity from freecharge.com of rupees 704+704 was unsuccessfull and it is still not refunding my amount after days. 11 days left... refund of Rs.1408/- to your account on[protected] against the order ID's FCEA[protected], FCEA[protected] I have mailed them many times still they are not responsing. From many days i am asking them from the twitter support page still they don't answer. poor people are using their hard earned money to pay light bills and wasting their valuable time just to get their money back.
