FreeCharge — Balance deducted despite transaction not being done | |||||
I had balance of rs.1069 in my freecharge account as i had returned some items in the past purchased from snapdeal. So, since i had balance in my freecharge account so i thought of recharging my no. [protected] on 3rd april, 2016 but somehow the transaction couldn't be completed cause of some network issue. As soon as i checked again my balance was deducted but recharge was not made. So, i saw my balance and then the transaction history but there was no reflection. Then i immediately wrote a mail to the customer care at that very point of time stating the issue i.E on3rd april, 2016 at 10:45 pm. But later on they have been asking me silly questions without even properly understanding the concern. Like they asked me to share the bank statement despite stating that the balance was in my freecharge account. Then after they asked me to share the transaction id despite telling them that the transaction was not completed or made. Since then i have been doing the regular followup but i am shocked to see their laid back attitude and there incompetency in resolving such an issue. My account balance went down from rs.1069 to 720 rs without making any transaction. I am looking forward to a refund as the amount has been deducted without any reason.
