Dear sir, This is regarding cashback issue with freecharge.In .I have requested to cancel my order id fclw[protected] on transaction day itself.But till now you have not provided resolution.In this transaction i have applied coupon "fcbill" of 20% cashback (Max cashback of rs.100) on recharge/bill payment/landline payment.But till now cashback is not credited to my account.So i request you to credit the same manually at earliest. I had recharge my no. With rv50 promo code which they send me on my mail after i redeem that they send me a message that we canot process your cashback because you are using used debit card than i used a new debit card but even than no cashback i got. And i also send them mail but no help they are doing.
