[Resolved] FreeCharge — I add rs 9999 in my wallet and he blocked my account.

Sir,
I add rs 9999 on 03 june 2016 in my freecharge wallet account for product purchase purpose but he blocked my a/c. I complain it to freecharge customer care and he say me to send pan card, adhar card and bank statement scan copy. as per instruction I send all documents to freecharge customer care after that he not responding me. Please take necessory action. I always thankful to you.
