I have done a telephone bill payment. of Rs 2470 on 17th March 2016. The details are Order ID: -FCLA[protected]
Transaction Amount: Rs.2470
Bill Payment Number: [protected].
The amount is not paid to utility company. I have raised the issue by Ticket # 3317850 but no response from their side.
request you to do the needful to resolve the issue
