Freecharge.in / Accelyst Solutions — Bsnl landline payment not paid or refund is also not done.

Dear sir,
I had done a payment of my bsnl landline bill of rs. 1502 from freecharge site and they show the transaction is done successfully and the amount is also debited from my bank account, but the payment is not done the bsnl customer care said to me to get the refund from the freecharge and in future don't make any payment through freecharge.com. I also send mail to freerechage.com and [protected]@freerechage.com but they don't give any reply on that.Please help me on this issue.
