Freecharge.in / Accelyst Solutions Customer Care — Unsuccessful fund addition | |||||
I tried to add fund to my FreeCharge wallet account twice (Rs1000 & Rs1000). But, both the time the transaction got failed and the amount of INR 2000/- got deducted from my Bank Account respectively. After several followup at the respective Customer Care Email Id :- "care.freecharge.in", their is no fruitful Initiative/solution. Looking forward for the solution.
