Dear team, I mailed you guys saying that i have been robed by a con man from the contact no [protected] and has made the translation on your site. you guys did not give me the details of the person. You guys could have reverse the transaction but you did not even do that. When i asked you guys to give me the details of which vendor transaction they have made you guys did not give even that!! I had raised a complain on Indian Consumer forum and someone through that someone called me with the no [protected] saying that he is from freecharge and the person who has done fraud with me he is freecharge client and has taken a gateway with freecharge. He said he can refund my money. After that he was asking me my account no and IFSC code and he wanted me to do a transaction on Paytm.
Tel me do u guys have any such process ??
