[Resolved] Freecharge.in / Accelyst Solutions — Payment debited from my account but not paid to merchant (MSEDC) | |||||
I have paid my electricity bill through freecharge transaction no-FCEA[protected] dated - 01/01/2016. Amount of Rs.980/- has been debited from credit card but i have seen the merchant MSEDC is not showing this transaction. The due amount shown as it is. Freecharge also has not refunded my Rs.980/- amount in my wallet. No body communicate with me from company side...I tried to mail them & call them but no reply. Please do not get into trap by Freecharge they just shows offer & doing fraud. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I checked with MSEDC still payment is not updated with them. Kindly share transaction id so that I can speak to them based on transaction id. I have done my payment again online & that is reflected on their site also. Please stop this fraud. Kindly share transaction Id which MSEDC can understand.

freecharge giving large inconvenience to their users.
I have paid elctricity bill(MSEB, Maharshtra board) using freecharge.
Money got deducted from my bank account but freecharge didn't make payment to merchant for the same.
Both Bill paid on:31Jan16, still not reflected on MSEB website.
MSEB Customer ids:[protected],[protected] to which bill payment done.
Sent email to freecharge.in twice for the same. Also contacted customer case but no one responded and They didn't reply to any of the emails.
Kindly resolve on priority.
Please find below order details:
