Freecharge has send me email stating use promocode 50app you will get 50 rupees cashback twice. But the coupon is not applying and they are saying that you have already used this coupon .But i have not used this promocode . They are not following their promise and giving me wrong transaction id that you have already used this offer. Please help me and file a case against freecharge. Last three transaction not done my money gone from my account but still not recharge done and my money not refunded in attachment i send my transaction id from my bank account this 3 recharge money deducted 3 times bt not recharge yet not refund me to my bank account 2 days gone plz arrenge
