Hi Kushal. It is unfortunate that you have to bear the brunt of technical glitches at the operator or bank’s end. Many mobile subscribers have repeatedly raised such complaints, but few have received their refund. What causes this issue? There are some times when, during payment redirection, the communication link between the recharge portal (Freecharge in the present case) and the bank breaks down. This could be caused by network timeout error or congestion. Therefore, there is no proof of recharge, despite the debit from your account.
