I recharged my mobile number with 147 rupees but the data was not credited to my number and money was deducted from my bank account. I mailed the matter to [protected]@freecharge.com but to my surprise they didn't even bother.after sometime I got a reply that hope u r satisfied with the resolution o[censored]r complaint. Order id:FCVA[protected] Rs.147 dated:3rd may2016, 10:58pm. Shameful on the part of company. These people r really looting customers. Please refund my money back asap. Else all should sue it. To avoid all these hassles you can follow a simple solution. Download a more reliable app rather than all these problematic ones. I recently installed this new app Bill Bachao. The app has reasonably good features which are good for daily use. The one which I particularly like is where the app guides you about the three most valid plans based on your calls, texts sent, and data consumption. Out of the three best options you can select the plan which suits you best. The recharge is fast and easy, as it takes place in 3 simple steps. The app will also let you know how much you will save on each plan. Besides this, if you are a frequent user of internet, you would want to know, if the signal strength you get is better than what the other connections offer. Bill Bachao will check and inform you about that.
